The TeaZen® Subscriptions program saves you time and money!  Our Subscriptions program ships products of your choice directly to you every month.  There is no need to for you to reorder your favorite products.  And, you receive 20% off the regular retail price for all subscription products – PLUS, you will never pay shipping fees even if your subscription is under $49.  Cool, huh?

It’s easy to create a subscription order on the Shop page.  There is never an obligation to continue as you may cancel your monthly subscription order anytime.

What are the benefits to me in the TeaZen Subscriptions program?+

The TeaZen Subscriptions program is all benefit and no risk.  You benefit in three magnificent ways…

One, a subscription order automatically ships your favorite products directly to you at the same time each and every month.  100% reliable; 0% work.

How do I sign up for a subscription order?+

To create a subscription order, visit our Shop page (or any product page), find a product you want on subscription, change the quantity per your discretion, click the “Subscribe to Auto-Ship” engagement button associated with the product, repeat for other products if interested, and then follow the checkout process.  You will receive emails keeping you informed on your subscription deliveries.

When do subscription orders ship?+

When you create a subscription order, your first shipment will occur within one business day.  Then, going forward, each subsequent shipment will occur on the same date each month.  For example, if you create a subscription order on the 11th of a month, subsequent subscription shipments will occur on the 11th of each month going forward.

What is the delivery frequency for subscription orders?+

Our Subscriptions program delivers your subscription products on a monthly basis.  This frequency is intentional as a person will benefit from a full bottle per month by following the suggested use.

May I create more than one subscription order?+

Yes!  You may create more than one subscription order.  Each subscription order acts independently from one another.  Specifically, each subscription order ships separately on the dates they were originally created.

How do I sign up for more than one subscription order?+

To create a second (or third) subscription order, you follow the same process as your first subscription order.  Simply visit our Shop page (or any product page), find a product you want on subscription, change the quantity per your discretion, click the “Subscribe to Auto-Ship” engagement button associated with the product, repeat for other products if interested, and then follow the checkout process.  You will receive emails keeping you informed on your subscription deliveries.

May I change my subscription order?+

You may not change your subscription order.  However, you may create more than one subscription order.  Each subscription order acts independently from one another.  And, there is never an obligation to continue a subscription order as you may cancel your order anytime.

How do I access my subscription order(s)?+

You may access your subscription order(s) by entering your My Account and then clicking Subscriptions.

When will I be charged for subscription orders?+

Subscription orders automatically charge your credit/debit card on file on the day your order is shipped.

Are there any Subscriptions program obligations or requirements?+

There are no obligations or requirements in our Subscriptions program.  Specifically, there are no product minimums, minimum number of months, fees to enroll or cancel, or social media activity.  Pretty simple, huh?

How do I cancel a subscription order?+

You may cancel a subscription order at any time.  To cancel an order, go to your My Account, click Subscriptions, click the subscription order you want to cancel, and follow the directions.
